1. SECURITY AUDITS AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Top Guard Security conducts security audits for clients on a once or bi-annually basis depending on site needs. Besides conducting audits to assess the overall security standards, we also provide consultancy services to clients to suggest security improvement measures and maintain consistency of our sites.

2. REMOTE MONITORING SERVICES

We also provide site monitoring services for our clients. The remote monitoring works in such a way that site Command Centre and other key deployments areas are being monitored back in our Command Centre on top of the basic surveillance on site.

3. REGULAR MEETINGS WITH MANAGEMENT

We will carry out regular monthly meetings with clients to ensure that any complaints or issues can be rectified promptly without affecting the performance level of officers’.

4. BEST SOURCING INITIATIVE SCHEME

Site incentives for officers will be enforced for all sites. This is to ensure that officers are motivated to keep to their standards and carried out their assigned duties diligently. Besides Top Guards also focus on their intangible welfare like Monthly Gathering Session, Appreciation Lunches, Best Officer of the Year Award etc.

5. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

We send our officers for external courses both on customer service and security management. This helps to broaden their mind-set of security and also enable them to tackle disputes and disagreements in a tactful manner. Re-training is also part of our training package for officers. Our trainer will be at site every few months once to re-train our officers and also conduct intrusion test on our officers to ensure that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities. These will form part of their year- end appraisal which will also determine their overall increment.
